Circular 31/2017/TT-BTNMT attached with QCVN 63:2017/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on effluent discharged from the cassava starch processing factories
QCVN 63: 2017/BTNMT issued by the General Department of Environment, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Legal Affairs for approval, Ministry of Science and Technology appraised and issued in accordance with Circular No. 31/2017/ TT-BTNMT September 27, 2017 by the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment. The circular is effective from 1 December 2017.
According to QCVN 63:2017/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on effluent discharged from the cassava starch processing factories, cassava starch processing factories will apply 08 specific characteristics of the cassava industry in compliance with the law on environment instead of applying QCVN 40: 2011/BTNMT.
